2. Licensing

5. Verification
We’ll verify your identity, age, payment method, and possibly source of funds. Accounts may be suspended or closed if checks are incomplete or failed.

The Website is for personal use only. Do not tamper with or misuse the site, introduce harmful software, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Deposits & Withdrawals
Funds are kept in a separate customer account but are not protected in case of insolvency. You may only deposit with your own payment method. Withdrawals are subject to verification, with a £20 minimum unless requested via support.
8. Winnings
If you’re mistakenly credited, we may reclaim those funds. No credit is offered.
9. Currency
All play is in GBP. Currency exchange for gain is not allowed.
10. Jackpots
Progressive jackpots may be subject to delays, conversion rates, and server confirmations. If multiple wins occur simultaneously, the server log will determine the winner.
11. Chat
We may provide a chat service for support purposes only and may monitor it.
12. Responsible Gambling
We offer tools like deposit limits and self-exclusion. Breaches may lead to suspension.
13. Account Closure
You or we can close your account at any time. If we close it due to a breach, winnings may be voided.
14. Bonus Abuse
Bonus misuse or irregular play may lead to loss of bonuses, winnings, or account access.
15. Inactive Accounts
After 12 months of inactivity, a £5/month fee may apply. Accounts with zero balance may be closed.
16. Complaints
Complaints must be made via Customer Support. If unresolved, they can be escalated internally and then to our ADR provider, eCOGRA.
17. Legal Compliance
You must use the site lawfully and agree to regulatory disclosures.
18. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and may be shared with regulators when required.
19–21. Warranties, Liability & IT Issues
We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, and in case of tech issues, the server result is final.
